The company My Career Plan was formed by Jim Hogan M.C. and his wife Dr. Margaret Hogan.   Jim has been a professor in a local Community College and has been active in student career direction for the past fifteen (15) years.  He has used this system with thousands of students during that period.  We have had the time to see many of our clients make giant strides in attaining their career dreams.

Dr. Margaret Hogan has been an administrator in the same college system.  She has been active in training and development for leadership and effective teaching for over 20 years.  In addition, she has led planning efforts at the college, department and individual level.  Margaret is an active partner in this dynamic system.
